1. Inactive Name Retrieval Service: (2k Siege chips)
Want to change your in-game name but it says it doesn't exist or already used? You can claim an inactive in-game-name from inactive old accounts which has no login for at least 3 years. Just send 2k Gold or Blue Chips or 1k Pink Chips to Feel and message a GM on Flyff Iblis discord support.
2. Item Tracing Service: (2k siege chips)
Can't find your Lusaka's Fist because you keep sharing your account, which is against our rules? GMs can track your item. Simply send 2k Gold or Blue Chips or 1k Pink Chips to Feel and message a GM on Flyff Iblis discord support. If you attempt to trace an item that you sold for real-money trading (RMT) and try to retrieve it using this service, your accounts will be banned.
3. Item Recovery Service: (4k siege chips)
Accidentally awakened or upgraded your item without using protection scrolls? GMs can check the previous state of that item from the latest database snapshot, but it's not guaranteed. Just send 4k Gold or Blue Chips or 2k Pink Chips to Feel and message a GM on Flyff Iblis discord support. If you try to use this service but in reality you deliberately awakened or upgraded your item, your accounts will be banned.
4. Gender Change Set Recovery Service: (2k siege chips)
Deleted your female Lord set to free up space but you now plan to switch to male? You can request a new bound set of Lord set or any bound level-up rewards like the bound mask from a GM. Just send 2k Gold or Blue Chips or 1k Pink Chips to Feel and message a GM on Flyff Iblis discord support.
5. Compromised/hacked account or lost items because of account sharing: (5k siege chips if it violates account sharing rule, it is FREE if logs prove that the account is not being shared):
If your account was hacked and all items are missing because you shared your password with others, it costs 5k siege chips for recovery. However, it's FREE if we've proven it's not a shared account. In 95% of cases, compromised accounts are caused by account sharing or giving away your password to tank services. If you use this service just to recover an account which you already sold to another player, accounts will be banned.
